Millstar Construction was appointed by Agudas Israel Housing Association Ltd to undertake the refurbishment of a void property in Stamford Hill, London, with a contract value of £25,000. The works included the installation of a new kitchen and bathroom, comprehensive internal redecoration, plaster repairs to walls and ceilings, and repairs to existing windows and associated joinery.

The project was completed to bring the property back to a high lettable standard, improving both its appearance and functionality while ensuring it was ready for occupation by new tenants.
