Millstar Construction successfully completed the external redecoration of 26 flats in London, together with associated repairs and external landscaping works. Delivered on behalf of Seymour Housing Trust, the £160,000 scheme was a hugely successful project on a challenging inner London site. Millstar carefully managed tenant liaison throughout, maintaining clear communication with residents and providing the client with daily updates, particularly regarding vulnerable tenants. Despite the logistical challenges of working in a live residential environment, the project was delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget, reflecting Millstar’s commitment to quality, communication and dependable project management.
