Millstar Construction was appointed by Depaul UK to deliver an £85,000 programme of communal kitchen refurbishments across multiple occupied sites.

The works included the full strip-out of existing kitchens, installation of new ceilings, removal of damp-affected plaster, dry lining, and re-plastering to all walls. Millstar also completed new electrical installations, floor coverings, and the fitting of new kitchens with durable vinyl finishes.

Delivered within occupied properties, the project required careful planning and coordination to minimise disruption to residents while maintaining a high-quality finish throughout.
