Millstar Construction successfully completed the refurbishment of an existing commercial space to create a modern, functional office environment. The works included internal alterations, the installation of new partition walls, upgraded lighting and electrical systems, improved flooring and finishes, and the refurbishment of staff kitchen and welfare facilities. Delivered within a six-week programme following a two-week lead-in period, the project required careful planning, efficient coordination and a high standard of workmanship to ensure the offices were completed on time and ready for occupation.
