Millstar Construction was appointed to carry out reinstatement works following storm damage, after a fallen oak tree caused significant structural failure to a bin storage building.
Working on behalf of the insurer’s representatives, Millstar delivered a full restoration package. The works included the removal of the damaged roof, rebuilding of brickwork and blockwork walls with structural ties, and reconstruction of the roof with new felt and tiled finishes. External rendering and full redecoration were also completed, resulting in a durable, fully reinstated structure.
The project was successfully delivered to a contract value of £30,000.
