Role Summary:
As a Tenant Liaison Officer, you will be the vital link between our company, contractors, and tenants. Your main focus will be keeping tenants informed and supported throughout the project timeline. You’ll manage communication, address concerns, and make sure tenants feel valued and informed during our works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for tenants, addressing their queries and concerns.
• Coordinate and schedule meetings between tenants, contractors, and project teams.
• Provide clear and concise information regarding the nature and progress of works.
• Assist tenants during inspections and visits, ensuring minimal disruption.
• Foster positive relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal teams to facilitate effective project progression.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships and address concerns professionally.
• Experience in a similar role or in customer service is an advantage.
• Organized with good time management skills.
• Empathy and understanding of tenant needs during refurbishment or construction work.
